When we retained your services, Pam, to collect some monies owing from some very delinquent customers, I sincerely thought that you would have a massive challenge to (1) find the customers (as they had evaded me very well) and (2) actually get them to pay! So it really shocked and amazed me when within a very short timeline you had a money order in hand, and were ready to "go at another one". I'm not sure how you did it, but they sure don't want to mess with you, and are eager to resolve the outstanding invoice in a hurry!
